Does anyone know about listening devices?

I’m trying to find out if there are listening devices that fits on a person’s leg. I’m not trying to do anything illegal, but I’m working on a screenplay and I was trying to find a listening device that might attach to the leg so that when a shirt is ripped open, they see nothing. Also it should be circa 1999. I would appreciate any help. Thanks.

    I write also.

    I’d do something creative like have the mic part of the button on the trousers and the device was onside the waist band of the pants.

    Any screenplay advice hit me up.

    there are all types of listening devices available on todays market. beleive it or not there is even a vaginal microphone which is plastic and shaped like a tampon. this particular device started showing up in my area almost 10yrs ago. for obvious reasons this device is only used by female agents, but you get my drift, all types of devices are out there.
