No, there is no such surgery, but there are these things called night vision goggles that would help you see in the dark. They were designed for military use, but there’s probably someone out there who sells them commercially.

I’ve always eaten a lot of carrots and oranges. Carrots are supposed to be good for your yes. I have night vision eyes Maybe you should just eat a diet of nothing but orange stuff.

I have to agree with CDs s advice, eating a lot of carrots will do the trick.
also, consider forcing your eyes to adjust with discipline. You could try keeping yourself in darkness for a few years. Like in a damp basement. Your eyes should be forced to adjust!

you must get your eyes surgically swapped with a fierce feline like a lion or a cougar or a cheetah. ive witnessed this done hundreds of times with amazing results

I too would like that very much. But it is IMPOSSIBLE for a human to see perfectly in huge dark without being aided! If you are uptight all the time and eat sugar cubes before entering the dark try this little experiment. Shine a light into one of your eyes. Cover the other eye so you don’t see any light in that one. Wait about 5 seconds. Rush into a dim lighted room fast. You will see the eye you shined the light into is almost blind and the one you covered can see a whole lot! Everybody has high resolution night vision, but is not as well. Just accept the eyes you have! Most people aren’t nocturnal (except me) so you don’t need awesome night eyes. Here, take a look at my resources. Oh, and please DON’T swap eyes with an animal it’s weird.
