whats the difference between a cctv and a hidden cameras?

i mean other than the difference that one is obvious the other is hidden , what other difference is there in terms of resolution and such ?

is there anyway one can avoid hidden cameras ?

    To answer the second question first … Wear a mask, Don’t speed, Stay home.

    CCTV cameras have much more resolution and in come cases are IR sensitive … Hidden cameras can be CCTV cameras down to the lowly pinhole.
