   Absolute crock of crap. I have the same box bought at WalMart and there is no camera in it. The device to which the camera is attached in this hoax is a transformer for the power supply. This is some idiot who put a spy cam and a microphone in a converter box for a hoax, or to spy on his kids or whatever. Problem is, moron, tha tthe front bazel is opaque, other than where the LED and the IR sensor are located, so the camera wouldn’t see much anyway.

   Funny thing our set top box was unwell.died completely in the end, many consulations where advice was”put the box in a position where it can see room”. Then excuses that the plasma TVcausing radiation so put box where it can see whole room. How did they know? New box installer mentioned “No wonder your box carked it, they want me to put it where cam can see & mic can here as it is muffled here at the foot of the bed”!!! What….the installer said this well out of range of the box by the way.

Please try to focus on real issues instead of silly games with hot glue guns and spy cameras you use to watch your mom.
